Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 January 2026
This policy explains how Assetlore uses cookies and similar technologies on assetlore.com, in line with Chilean data protection regulation and Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device to remember information about your visit. They may be session or persistent, first-party or third-party.
2. Categories we use
We distinguish between strictly necessary, functional, analytics, advertising and personalisation cookies. Only strictly necessary and functional (language) cookies are activated by default.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2: the consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) are set to denied by default. When you accept or reject categories, we forward the update to Google via gtag('consent','update', ...) and push the cookie_consent_update event to dataLayer. Until consent is granted, no analytics are collected and no advertising tags from Google Ads (AW-18064110603) or Google Analytics are activated.
4. Management and withdrawal
You can change your consent at any time using the 'Cookie preferences' link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's stored data, which will bring the initial banner back.
5. Retention period
Your cookie choice is stored locally for a maximum of twelve months, after which we will ask for your consent again.
6. Third parties
We work with providers such as Google Ads and Google Analytics. Their policies are available on their respective official sites. Any data shared is done under the consent model described above.
