These Terms and Conditions govern the use of assetlore.com, operated by Assetlore SpA, a Chilean real estate collective financing platform. By using the site, you fully accept the terms set out here.
1. Nature of the service
Assetlore facilitates the connection between real estate developers and people interested in contributing capital collectively. It does not constitute personalised financial advice or an investment recommendation.
2. Registration and verification
To participate in projects you must complete an identity and source-of-funds verification process, in accordance with current Chilean regulation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
3. Risks
Investments in real estate projects are subject to market risks, construction timelines, urban regulation and developer solvency. Estimated returns do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
4. Site content
The information published is provided for informational purposes. Although we review it carefully, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Data may evolve as each project progresses.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, logos and materials published on assetlore.com are the property of Assetlore SpA or its licensors and are protected by Chilean and international intellectual property regulation.
6. Limitation of liability
Assetlore is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from use of the site when these are not directly attributable to us, within the limits permitted by Chilean law.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the date of update.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice based in Santiago, without prejudice to prior mediation when applicable.
