At Assetlore SpA we handle your personal data with the care required by Chilean Law No. 21,719 on Personal Data Protection and the applicable international standards. This document describes what information we collect, for what purposes, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Assetlore SpA, tax ID (RUT) 77.482.913-6, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4775, 12th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of the personal data collected through assetlore.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, email), contact information, the content of messages submitted through the contact form, and limited technical data such as IP address, device type and pages visited. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after your explicit consent.
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, send you project information when authorised, comply with legal obligations (anti-money laundering, tax) and improve site security and user experience.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual relationships, and on compliance with the legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms in Chile.
5. Retention
We keep your data for the time necessary for the stated purposes and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Recipients
We may share data with technology providers (hosting, analytics, advertising), financial entities acting as custodians of funds, Chilean regulators, and legal or accounting advisors, always under confidentiality and appropriate processing agreements.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside Chile. In such cases we require contractual and technical safeguards equivalent to the Chilean and European standard.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic security reviews.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish modifications on this same page, indicating the date of update.
